トランセンド・ジャパン（Transcend Japan。以下「当社」といいます。）は、本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）において、当社が提供するコーチング、コーチ養成プログラム、研修、オンライン学習プラットフォーム、ウェブサイトその他のサービス（以下総称して「本サービス」といいます。）における個人情報の取扱いを定めます。本ポリシーは日本語を正文とし、英語版は参考訳として提供します。 1. 取得する情報 当社は、次の情報を取得します。 ・お申し込み、お問い合わせ、ディスカバリーコールのご予約等に際してご提供いただく情報（氏名、日本語表記および英語表記の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、会社名、役職、国、請求先住所、郵便番号、お問い合わせ内容等） ・受講、課題提出、クイズ、アンケート等に伴い記録される学習情報（受講履歴、進捗、成績、提出物、出席状況、修了証に関する情報） ・決済に関する情報（決済代行会社を通じて処理される情報。当社はクレジットカード番号を保持しません。） ・本サービスのご利用に伴い自動的に取得される情報（IPアドレス、ブラウザおよび端末の情報、アクセス日時、閲覧履歴、Cookie等の識別子） ・お問い合わせ、サポートおよびコーチングに関する記録（ご相談内容、セッションの記録等） 2. 利用目的 当社は、取得した情報を次の目的で利用します。 ・本サービスの提供、受講登録、進捗管理、修了証の発行 ・お申し込み、お問い合わせ、ご予約への対応およびご連絡 ・受講料の請求、入金確認、返金対応 ・プログラムの品質向上、カリキュラムおよび教材の改善 ・認定機関への申請支援（利用者のご申請またはご同意に基づく場合に限ります。） ・ニュースレター、プログラム情報その他マーケティング情報の配信（ご同意を得た場合に限ります。） ・本サービスの不正利用の防止、安全管理、利用規約違反への対応 ・法令に基づく対応および紛争の解決 3. 第三者提供および委託 当社は、次の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。 ・利用者の同意がある場合 ・法令に基づく場合 ・人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要があり、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合 ・本サービスの運営に必要な範囲で、守秘義務を負う業務委託先（決済代行、メール配信、クラウドホスティング、オンライン会議、アクセス解析等の事業者）に委託する場合 ・認定機関への申請を利用者に代わって行う場合（当該申請に必要な範囲に限ります。） 当社は、業務委託先に対し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。 4. 外国にある第三者への提供 当社は、クラウドホスティング、決済、メール配信等の委託先として、日本国外にある事業者を利用することがあります。この場合、当社は関係法令に従い、適切な安全管理措置が講じられていることを確認します。 5. Cookie、アクセス解析および広告 当社は、Cookieおよび類似の技術を次の2つの目的で使用します。 ・アクセス解析：サイトの利用状況を把握し、コンテンツおよび機能を改善するために使用します（Google Analytics等のアクセス解析ツールを利用する場合があります。）。 ・広告：広告のパーソナライズおよびキャンペーンの効果測定のために使用します（Meta（Facebook）ピクセル等の広告配信・測定ツールを含みます。）。 初回訪問時に表示されるCookie同意バナーで、これらの技術の利用に同意するか拒否するかを選択できます。フッターの「Cookie設定」からいつでも選択を変更し、同意を撤回することができます。同意しない場合、広告の配信および効果測定は行いません。 なお、本サービスの提供に必須となるCookie（ログイン状態の保持、セキュリティ確保等）は、同意の有無にかかわらず使用されます。Cookieの利用を拒否した場合、本サービスの一部の機能をご利用いただけないことがあります。 6. 安全管理措置 当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損および不正アクセスを防止するため、アクセス権限の管理、通信の暗号化、パスワードの適切な管理、業務委託先の監督等、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。 7. 保管期間 当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、個人情報を保管します。受講および認定に関する記録は、認定機関の要件および法令上の必要に応じて保管することがあります。マーケティング情報の配信に利用する情報は、配信停止の手続き後、合理的な期間内に削除し、または利用を停止します。 8. 開示、訂正、利用停止等の請求 利用者は、当社が保有するご自身の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止または第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。ご請求は、下記のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従い、合理的な期間内に対応します。手数料は申し受けません。 9. 未成年者の個人情報 18歳未満の方が本サービスをご利用になる場合は、親権者等の法定代理人の同意を得たうえで、お申し込みください。 10. お問い合わせ窓口 トランセンド・ジャパン 個人情報保護担当 電子メール：comms@transcend-intl.com／tamamis@transcend-intl.com 所在地および電話番号は、ご請求に応じて遅滞なく開示します。 11. 本ポリシーの改定 当社は、法令の変更またはサービス内容の変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス上への掲示、電子メールその他の適切な方法によりお知らせします。改定後の内容は、掲示した施行日から適用されます。 制定日：2026年10月22日

In this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”), Transcend Japan (“we”, “us” or “our”) sets out how we handle personal information in connection with the coaching, coach training programmes, workshops, online learning platform, website and other services we provide (together, the “Services”). This Policy is drawn up in Japanese, which is the governing language; the English version is provided for reference. 1. Information we collect We collect the following information. - Information you provide when applying, enquiring or booking a discovery call (name, name in Japanese and English, email address, telephone number, company, job title, country, billing address, postal code, and the content of your enquiry). - Learning information recorded through attendance, assignments, quizzes and surveys (course history, progress, results, submissions, attendance and certificate information). - Payment information (processed through our payment providers; we do not store credit card numbers). - Information collected automatically when you use the Services (IP address, browser and device information, access times, browsing history and identifiers such as cookies). - Records relating to enquiries, support and coaching (the content of your enquiry and session records). 2. How we use information We use the information we collect to: - provide the Services, register you for programmes, manage your progress and issue certificates; - respond to applications, enquiries and bookings; - invoice programme fees, confirm payments and process refunds; - improve the quality of our programmes, curricula and materials; - support applications to accrediting bodies (only at your request or with your consent); - send newsletters, programme information and other marketing communications (only with your consent); - prevent misuse of the Services, keep them secure and respond to breaches of our Terms and Conditions; and - comply with legal requirements and resolve disputes. 3. Disclosure to third parties and service providers We do not provide personal information to third parties except: - where you consent; - where required by law; - where it is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person and obtaining consent is difficult; - where we engage, within the scope necessary to operate the Services, a service provider bound by confidentiality (such as payment processing, email delivery, cloud hosting, online meetings or analytics providers); or - where we submit an application to an accrediting body on your behalf (limited to what that application requires). We exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over our service providers. 4. Transfers to third parties outside Japan We may use providers located outside Japan for cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery and similar. In that case we comply with applicable law and confirm that appropriate security measures are in place. 5. Cookies, analytics and advertising We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: - Analytics: to understand how the site is used and to improve our content and features (we may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics). - Advertising: to personalise ads and measure the performance of campaigns (including advertising and measurement tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel). The cookie consent banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or reject both. You can change your choice and withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. If you do not consent, we do not personalise advertising or measure campaigns. Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the Services (such as keeping you signed in and securing the site) are used regardless of your choice. If you refuse cookies, some features of the Services may not be available. 6. Security measures To prevent the leakage, loss, destruction of or unauthorised access to personal information, we implement necessary and appropriate security measures, including managing access rights, encrypting communications, managing passwords appropriately and supervising our service providers. 7. Retention We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of use. Learning and accreditation records may be retained in line with the requirements of accrediting bodies and applicable law. Information used for marketing communications is deleted or its use suspended within a reasonable period after you unsubscribe. 8. Requests for disclosure, correction or suspension of use You may request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties, of personal information we hold about you. Please contact us using the details below. Once we have confirmed your identity, we will respond in accordance with applicable law within a reasonable period. No fee is charged. 9. Personal information of minors If you are under 18, please apply with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. 10.
